Yoga is a great way to improve your endurance for other physical activities. By strengthening joints and muscles, yoga often prevents sport related injuries. And after a workout, yoga will help your body relax while stretching and strengthening. The practice of visualization during Yoga Nidra will enhance your ability to visualize the outcome you want in your sport.
Yoga not only improves your mind, body, soul connection, but also helps with mindfulness and meditation. These practices allow us to understand the inner guidance available to us when we can still our minds.

Same benefits as in person healing as Reiki energy can travel in time and space.
This includes tarot readings and intuitive reads with help of Spirit guides and loved ones.
